The PCS Technical Services Department has successfully completed numerous projects that involve: converting data from other systems; data entry services to meet audit deadlines; integration with GIS, ERP, and asset management systems; and assisting with establishing and implementing corporate standards and policies.

PCS is an "umbrella" CP software system that stores a centralized database and contains features that are shared or commonly available for all modules added to the system. Access to each of the individual modules is gained through PCS as well.

Modules may be purchased individually or as packaged sets. Licensing options are flexible so that individual licenses within an organization may contain different sets of modules. Each module, while having access to all common PCS features, additionally contains features specific to the requirements of that module. PCS features common to all modules include:
