LITTLETON, CO – September 6, 2007: American
Innovations’ Integrity Management Division (IMD), leading
provider of integrity and risk management software and engineering
services for the pipeline industry, announced the addition of
Andy Florence as Director of Project Management. Andy will be
responsible for leading the project management office and working
cross functionally with department leaders, overseeing project
portfolio costs and schedules, managing a team of engineering
project managers and developing and maintaining relationships
with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Before joining American Innovations, Florence
received his B.B.A at Texas A & M University specializing
in Business Analysis for Management Information Systems. Andy
has over twenty years experience working in software services
organizations around the globe. He spent the last two years at
Troux Technologies as a Senior Project Manager in Professional

and delivering the projects after the close of sale; Florence’s
project portfolio totaled over one million dollars in revenue.
Previous to his tenure at Troux, Florence worked for Motive,
Inc. in both Austin, TX as an Account Manager for companies like
Hewlett Packard and ADIC, he also assisted with establishing
an office for the company in Tokyo, Japan.
Upon starting work at the IMD’s Littleton,
CO office in late August, Florence stated, "It was an easy
decision to join the AI team. I was impressed by the value proposition
for pipeline integrity management -- any company with oil and
gas facilities worldwide will benefit from IMD’s software
technology and expertise. The opportunity to be part of an enterprise
with such great potential is thrilling and I could not be more
excited about what lies ahead for the division.”
“At IMD, we are focusing on significantly
upscaling our customer relations during projects, and we realize
that a strong technical engineering acumen is only part of the
success of projects: customer attention and ensuring the success
of the business relationship is the other” said Jennie
Hoff, President of American Innovations’ Integrity Management
Division. “Andy is the epitome of the kind of project
management leader we want here. His extensive background in software
project management, managing effective engineering teams, monitoring
